At Jones Chapel, we believe that our children are a precious gift from God. That’s why our Children’s Ministry, led by Amy Hancock, strives to provide kids with fun, enriching experiences where faith, values, and the love of Christ come alive.
We offer many programs for children to grow with God’s love in their hearts!
We welcome all kiddos to Jones Chapel's Children in Action (CIA) program, designed specifically for our young members! Every Sunday at 5:30pm, under the guidance of Mrs. Amy, children are invited to embark on an exciting journey of faith, fun, and learning.
Kids ages 4-10 are invited to Children’s Church, held downstairs during the sermon portion of Sunday services. Here we dive into the Bible with engaging stories, activities, games, and crafts designed to impart core values like kindness in an energetic setting.
Our cheerful nursery provides a safe, nurturing environment for infants and toddlers during worship services and church events. Caring staff and volunteers engage little ones with play, stories, music, and age-appropriate faith lessons.
On Sunday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm, our CIA program offers Bible study, worship music, crafts/activities, and relationship building for elementary aged kids and younger focused on putting faith into action.
From pool parties to pajama parties, safaris to bowling trips, we host fun faith-based events year-round tailored for children. These events provide relaxed opportunities for kids to invite friends, enjoy fellowship, and reinforce that God loves them!
It takes a village of loving volunteers to enrich children’s lives. We welcome all who wish to nurture young hearts and minds through Jesus Christ to join our Children’s Ministry team!
